Petruce the Gunslinger ​(trombone duet)

A duet that tells the wild west, action packed tale of a gunslinger named Petruce. Includes an immersive narration/background track to optionally accompany the piece during performance--though I would highly recommend performing with it!

The book includes eight chapters/duets that are about 3 minutes each, of various difficulty. Entire performance length with narration is about 27 minutes. With some tweaking/creativity it could work as a euphonium duet.

Bleak Progression (trombone sextet)

A set of variations on what begins as a very hopeless melody,  this piece progresses through each variation advancing from despair to triumph. 

​Written for trombone sextet (5 tenor, 1 bass), ideally full trombone choir with parts doubled. Performance time around 6.5 minutes. ​Works well as low brass ensemble or tuba/euph piece as well.

Anthems of a Fantasy Battle
​(trombone octet)

During my high school years, I had the incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic ska-core band alongside four of my closest friends. Inspired by our shared passion for music and camaraderie, I wrote a song for the group around 2004 that has been arranged into the following composition. Titled 'Anthems of a Fantasy Battle,' this composition vividly captures different moments of an epic fantasy battle.
 
Written for trombone octet (7 tenors, 1 bass) with an optional tubular bell percussion part, idealy full trombone choir with parts doubled. Performance time is around 5.5 minutes. Works well as low brass ensemble or tuba/euph piece.
